Job Responsibilities :
- Transportation arrangements for routine trip, overtime, end contract, hostel movement, passport renewal, bank account opening, bank card replacement, and other ad-hoc arrangements as and when required.
- Workers Management :
i) Collect / return passport for passport renewal & bank card replacement purpose.
ii) Contract renewal survey
iii) Fomema medical check-up arrangement
iv) Worker’s disciplinary issue (Out from factory)
v) Briefing for newly arrived workers
vi) Keep track and maintain an updated record of worker headcount. - Hostel related support: Coordinate on hostel occupancy optimization, hostel visit, managing workers moving in/out the hostel, preparation for hostel audits, and prepare or update reports.
- To participate in fire drill activities, support for worker’s hysteria case, assist workers on medical related arrangements, and assist in lodging police reports when necessary.
- To assist customers on monthly hostel audits.
- To prepare any internal or external reports.
- Perform other tasks within capability as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements :
- Possess at least a SPM/Post-Graduate Diploma in any field.
- At least One (1) year of experience in related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Computer literate.
- Able to work independently in various situations, good time management.
- Possess own transport.
