Job Description & Requirements :
Main Tasks and targets
- Quality Buyoff: Perform in process, outgoing and visual inspections of assemblies and finished goods products to required specifications.
- Process Audit: Conduct periodic audits to verify correct & consistent operations.
- Support production non-compliance process and material review board activities.
Tasks/Responsibility
- Conduct in process, outgoing inspection & periodic audit.
- Complete inspection report.
- Do transaction in SAP system.
- Monitor SPC data and OCAP.
- Support in process NCR report for quality engineer on further handling.
- Support to collect FAI qualification report
- Other assigned tasks from Process Quality Engineer.
Working experience/technical skills/know how
- More than 3 years experiences in inspection.
- 5 years experiences working in mechanical and electronic industry.
- Ability to understand parts drawing.
