RP Dormitory has a proven track record in providing a full package management services to our customers. We provide quality, comfortable and satisfactory accommodation in compliance with Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) standard , as well as Employees’ Minimum Standards of Housing, Accommodations And Amenities Act 1990 (Akta 446). Workers’ accommodations are furnished to meet certain specifications in respect of the nature and also common facilities to be made available.

The first development project which is a stone throw away from Bayan Lepas Free Trade Zone has been completed in year 2019. To date, we have had dormitory berths of more than 23,000 to cater your accommodation requirement. As part of the RP's vision and expansion plan, a couple of new developments are underway in Penang, Kedah, Malacca, and Johor which have a potential capacity of another 70,000 berths upon completion in near future.
