Job Responsibilities :
1. Compensation & Benefits Management
- Provide hands-on administrative support including filing, drafting correspondence, and maintaining an accurate and up-to-date HR database covering employee personal details, compensation, benefits, and career progression records.
- Administer medical claims, panel clinic arrangements, and corporate healthcare benefits for DL workers.
- Manage employee insurance programs (e.g., GPA, GHS, GTL), including renewal, enrolment, updates, and claims coordination.
- To maintain and ensure DL workers’ documentation & personal file are well organized, kept up-to date and follows and regulation of the company and ensure its confidentiality.
- Support pre-boarding, onboarding, internal transfers, and resignation processes, particularly in relation to payroll administration.
- Prepare SOCSO documentation for accident cases.
2. Performance Review
- Administer the yearly performance review activities and report compilation of DL workers.
- Preparation of relevant document and official letter in line with promotion, salary adjustment, bonus payout etc.
3. Employee Discipline
- Drafting and issuing disciplinary letters for DL workers in accordance with company policies and procedures.
4. Orientation
- To ensure all onboarding documents are prepared prior the orientation.
- To conduct DL workers’ orientation/briefing sessions.
5. Payroll
- Process monthly payroll accurately and ensure compliance with statutory requirements and regulations.
- To liaise with statutory bodies on matters relating to EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax and HRDF.
- Ensure timely submission of payroll reports and statutory filings to clients and relevant authorities.
6. General
- Handle and monitor payment orders and related documentation, liaise with suppliers and vendors.
- Manage worker communication, including drafting company memos and announcements.
- Involved in improvement activities in HR functions.
- Liaise and collaborate closely with the Workers Management Team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Job Requirements :
- Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Management
- Preferably at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Computer literate
- Good knowledge and well-versed in Employment Law & Regulations of Malaysia
- Able to work under pressure and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
