Job Responsibilities :
Payroll
- Manage the full spectrum of payroll — wages, allowances, overtime, claims, deductions & more.
- Ensure accurate and timely submissions for EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax, HRDF and regulatory reports.
- Prepare month-end closing, billing and SST/government tax submissions.
- Handle tax clearance for foreign & resigned employees.
- Coordinate with internal/external auditors and prepare necessary documents.
- Follow up on debtor ageing, SOA & collection reminders.
Talent Acquisition
- Support end-to-end recruitment to meet hiring needs & KPIs.
- Source, screen and shortlist candidates across different platforms.
- Arrange and coordinate interviews — even conduct initial interviews.
- Prepare candidate profiles, salary proposals & liaise closely with Hiring Managers.
- Participate in recruitment drives, employer branding & HR initiatives.
- Prepare weekly & monthly hiring reports.
Job Requirements :
- Possess at least SPM or higher.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in recruitment or administrative support.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to work under pressure and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office, email communication, basic reporting).
- Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Ability to interact confidently with workers and clients from different backgrounds.
